RIVIERA works on a limited number of selected transactions, direct owner situations and mandates. Specific opportunities are not published. They are presented directly to relevant investors and partners.
We prefer a small number of well-understood opportunities to a long list of listings. Fewer introductions, better prepared.

RIVIERA is a private Serbian company, founded in 1992. Today it operates as a European-based investment and deal origination platform.
Our role is origination, market access, filtering, matching and transaction coordination. RIVIERA does not guarantee funding, investment or closing. Each transaction is decided by the parties themselves, with their own advisers.
